A Bit About Sunnah Style
Sunnah Style is an Islamic clothing company located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our online store, SunnahStyle.com, was launched in August 2007 and since then we have had the pleasure of serving Muslims all over the globe.
We design and manufacture all of our own styles and put a strong emphasis on modesty. Our styles are simple yet sophisticated with both classic and trendy influences. From our butterfly and bisht styles to the well-known closed and shoulder close styles, we aim to offer a variety of designs to meet the needs of every customer.
We are well aware that not every sister falls in between the 5′1″ and 5′7″ range, and we aren’t all a size 6-10 either. For that reason we find it important to manufacture shorter and longer abayas than the norm and also offer alterations where possible for sisters that need a smaller or larger fit.
More importantly, our abayas (along with all of our other styles) are designed by women. We try to incorporate extra room into our styles for modesty and include practical features like pockets. We design most of our closed styles with a zipper or snaps at the neck to accomodate nursing mothers.
We understand that some sisters won’t be covered properly with the common small hijabs. Our hijab line offers a variety of styles including hijabs that are geared towards tall and full-figured sisters or sisters who just want extra coverage. Our hijab fabrics are designed to be light so that they may be worn throughout the year and will still allow you to breathe in the summer months.
Our niqab line is one of the largest available online and includes a variety of versatile designs that provide comfort and breathability. Again, all of our niqabs are designed by sisters who wear niqab on a daily basis and have corrected the problems that most manufacturers have with their niqabs.
