Changes to our Shipping Rates
Shipping Rates & Methods
Our shipping rates are now calculated based on the actual weight of the order and are no longer based on the order total. The shipping rate for your order will depend on the weight of the items as well as which method you select. This will provide our customers with more accurate rates, especially for orders consisting primarily of lightweight items like niqabs. A wider variety of regular and express shipping methods have also been added depending on the destination country.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated in our shopping cart. To view the shipping options and rates available to your country simply add the items to your shopping cart and click ‘View Cart’. The available options and rates to your destination will be displayed and you will be able to select your shipping method and view your order total prior to checkout.

The delivery time for your order will depend on which shipping method you select during checkout.

Tracking
Your order will only include a tracking number if you select a shipping method that automatically includes tracking (Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, or Priority). International orders that are shipped via Xpresspost only include tracking for some destinations. Please contact us if you would like to know if tracking is included to your destination.
